Your profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, or a similar degree or relevant experience in the aerospace industry
You have current or recent experience as a Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) in an EASA-Part-21 Subpart-J-designated organization in the field of avionics/electrics for aircraft and/or helicopters
You know a lot about the EASA rules, the EASA AMC rules, and the relevant airworthiness requirements, including at least one group of CS/JAR/FAR requirements from 23/25/27/29
You have a high attention to detail and professional integrity
You have good interpersonal communication skills
You have the ability to work efficiently and effectively on multiple projects with different requirements
You have good knowledge of the English language an German language skills are an advantage
Your mission
You coordinate related design activities to ensure the early consideration of applicable requirements for the concept design of electrical and avionics systems
You are responsible for independently verifying the design and compliance, as well as providing data for electrical and avionics changes
You witness internal and external engineering and certification tests
You define and confirm the flight conditions and relevant airworthiness limitations for flight tests
You create expert assessments and perform troubleshooting during avionics and electrical development, testing, and operation
You support the design engineer regarding avionic and electrical system technical topics with internal and/or external suppliers
