Ensures every client is welcome and well taken care of, taking pride in developing long-term relationships

Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them

Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe

Offers excellent customer service and improve individual business performance
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

1/2 years of previous experience in retail sales and operations

Fluent in Italian and English. Any third language is considered a plus

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
