**Responsibilities**
* Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. * Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care. * Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well\-being. * Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to health and safety standards. * Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well\-being.
