- Customize and enhance modules like Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning.
- System Integration:
- Develop integration solutions to connect with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other third-party tools.
- Create data pipelines using ETL processes and tools.
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into o9 configurations.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Data Modelling and Configuration:
- Create and manage data models, master data, and workflows within the o9 platform.
- Optimize data structures to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Testing and Validation:
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT to ensure the functionality and reliability of solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Training:
- Document configuration, workflows, and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaboration:

- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in configuration and development.
- Strong knowledge of IBPL, SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML for system integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- 2. Experience:
- 2 years of experience in platform implementation or similar roles in supply chain planning.
- Hands-on experience with Platform and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data integration tools.
- 3. Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
