Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in in software development, quality engineering, or test automation, including ownership of production-grade automated test solutions.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with an additional language such asJava, C#, or Pythonis preferred.
- Experience designing or extending test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience testing REST APIs and distributed integrations, including authentication, data validation, error handling, and service contracts.
- Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience integrating automated tests with source control, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of software design, object-oriented or modular programming, data structures, debugging, and code-review practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, the software development lifecycle, test levels, risk based testing, and defect-prevention practices.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical risks and influence quality decisions across teams.
Additional Qualifications
- Fintech & Cloud Architecture: Experience in financial services, fintech or consumer banking experience including compliance/security regulations, cloud platforms, microservices, and observability tools.
- Advanced Testing & Tooling: Hands-on experience in performance, security, and resilience testing, along with the judgment to choose between code-based and low-code/no-code tools.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Track record of mentoring peers, promoting engineering standards, and driving continuous improvement.

- Engineering Mindset: Strong coding, debugging, and systems-thinking skills to build maintainable test infrastructure instead of relying on manual validation.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
