About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in sales and marketing management or a related leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Strong leadership, commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing sales teams, business development initiatives and marketing budgets.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, data analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience within the international education, migration or professional services sector will be highly regarded.
