Key Responsibilities
* **Data to Strategy:** Analyze operational, financial, and marketing metrics to drive revenue growth and process efficiency. * **Dashboarding \& Automation:** Design, build, and automate interactive reporting dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for executive leadership. * **Cross\-Functional Partnering:** Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to track KPIs, unit economics, and funnel performance. * **Market Intelligence:** Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry research to evaluate new market and product opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
* **Education:** MBA / PGDM (Analytics, Finance, Operations, or Systems preferred). * **Technical Skills:** **MS Excel** , Working knowledge of PowerBI/Tableu. * **Mindset:** Good English communication skills, structured problem\-solving, and a self\-starter attitude eager for fast career progression.
Pay: ₹450,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
