We are a small (less than 20 employees) manufacturer of historical-style wood windows. Although we make “old fashioned” windows, we have a culture that embraces change and innovation. We are seeking a production manager. This person will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring that orders meet quality control standards, and ensuring timely delivery of window orders. Successful candidate will be organized, have good interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and a willingness to problem solve. Prior management experience required. Millwork or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required. Competitive pay and benefits; pay based on prior work experience.
