As our business continues to expand across architecture, branding and digital marketing services, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified client enquiries, and support business growth across Victoria and interstate.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Director, the Marketing Specialist will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the company's market position, promote its multidisciplinary design services, and increase customer engagement across digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's business growth objectives.• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, client behaviour and emerging opportunities within the architecture, construction and design sectors.• Plan, coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other online platforms.• Develop SEO and content marketing strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings and lead generation.• Manage the company's website content, marketing collateral, project portfolios and digital communications.• Coordinate branding initiatives to maintain consistent corporate identity across all online and offline marketing materials.• Prepare marketing proposals, capability statements, promotional presentations and client engagement materials.• Analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.• Work closely with architects, designers and external consultants to promote completed projects, new services and company achievements.• Develop social media strategies and oversee content creation to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.• Assist in organising industry events, exhibitions, networking activities and business development initiatives.• Build relationships with media partners, industry organisations and strategic business partners to enhance corporate visibility.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.• At least two years of relevant full-time professional experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media advertising and content marketing.• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and CRM/marketing automation platforms.• Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.• Strong copywriting and presentation skills.• Experience within architecture, construction, property development or professional services industries will be highly regarded.
