We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Mall Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and overall management of multiple malls and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily mall operations, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Supervise mall personnel, contractors, and third-party service providers.
- Monitor tenant concerns, lease compliance, and mall operational requirements.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate with Leasing, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.
- Monitor operating expenses, utility consumption, and maintenance budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and mall policies.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Property Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in mall operations, property management, or commercial building management.
- Experience handling multiple properties is an advantage.
- Knowledge of facilities management, tenant relations, and building maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to conduct site visits and oversee multiple mall locations.
