Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support the migration of an existing CATS CMS application to a target environment. The candidate should have strong experience in business analysis, legacy application analysis, Oracle database analysis, SQL, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze existing application functionality, workflows, business rules, and system behavior.
- Understand and document application data models and Oracle database structures.
- Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and trace data and business rules.
- Translate business and technical requirements into user stories and functional documentation.
- Work with development and testing teams throughout discovery, migration, development, testing, validation, and implementation.
- Manage requirements, backlogs, and sprint activities using Jira and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills :
- Strong Technical Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Experience analyzing legacy applications and documenting business functionality.
- Strong understanding of data models, application workflows, and business rules.
- Experience with Jira, Agile methodology, user stories, and sprint management.
- Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Good to Have :
- Experience supporting legacy COBOL and PowerBuilder applications.
- Experience with CMS application migration or modernization projects.
