Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma and user experience design for call center applications and customer service platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

9+ years of overall experience in UX/UI design.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
Experience designing user experiences for call center applications and customer service platforms.
Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Experience creating user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility.
Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for call center applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective UX solutions.
Improve customer and agent experience through user-centered design.

Important Requirements

9+ years of UX Design experience.
Call center experience is required.
Strong Figma experience is required.
Remote position.
