About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager with 8–10 years of experience to join our client-facing delivery and pre-sales team.
This is a highly client-facing role. You will work closely with the CEO, Senior Client Partners, Solutions Architects, and engineering teams to understand client requirements, establish confidence in Robral's delivery capabilities, define execution approaches, and ensure projects are delivered successfully.
You should be someone who can speak confidently with clients, understand complex technology projects, build realistic delivery plans, identify risks early, and take ownership of execution from proposal through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client discovery, pre-sales, and project discussions alongside the CEO, Solutions Architects, and Client Partners.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, expectations, timelines, and delivery constraints.
- Develop high-level delivery approaches, project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and governance structures.
- Work with Solutions Architects and engineering teams to translate proposed solutions into executable delivery plans.
- Provide clients with confidence around execution, communication, quality, security, timelines, and project governance.
- Manage project scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, and delivery commitments.
- Establish project communication, reporting, review, and escalation processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across different technologies and projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure appropriate QA, testing, security, documentation, and delivery standards are followed.
- Participate in proposals, SOWs, estimations, project plans, and client presentations.
- Support the transition from pre-sales into project execution and maintain continuity throughout the engagement.
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted delivery partner.
- Take ownership of delivery outcomes and continuously improve Robral's project management and delivery processes.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, or a similar technology leadership role.
- Strong experience managing software development or technology projects from discovery through delivery.
- Experience working directly with clients, senior stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, QA, DevOps, cloud, APIs, integrations, and modern software delivery.
- Ability to create realistic project plans, estimates, milestones, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience participating in pre-sales, proposals, technical discussions, or client presentations is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with Solution Architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for project outcomes.
- Experience working in an IT services, software consulting, product engineering, or technology solutions environment.
- Exposure to AI/LLM projects, intelligent automation, enterprise systems, cloud modernization, or legacy modernization is an advantage.
Engagement Model
The initial engagement will be a 3-month contractual, project-based alignment period.
During this period, you will work on real Robral opportunities and projects, participate in client discussions, contribute to delivery planning and proposals, and demonstrate your ability to manage and drive successful technology engagements.
Performance will be evaluated against clearly defined KPIs covering areas such as:
- Client communication and confidence
- Delivery planning and execution
- Project ownership
- Risk and issue management
- Proposal and pre-sales contribution
- Collaboration with Solutions Architects and engineering teams
- Quality and delivery discipline
- Contribution to successful opportunities and project execution
Based on performance and mutual fit, the role may transition into a full-time Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager position with compensation in the ₹12–24 LPA range, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
