Job Summary
Rohan Corporation is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience in web application development. The candidate should have knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, database management, and enterprise software systems.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Spring Boot, Java, and JavaScript, with familiarity with CRM and SAP software. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and supporting the integration of business applications to meet organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
- Develop front-end interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build scalable back-end applications and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB and MySQL.
- Integrate front-end applications with back-end services and databases.
- Work on application development, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain secure, efficient, and reusable code.
- Support integration between web applications, CRM systems, SAP, and other business applications, as required.
- Assist in customizing and maintaining CRM-related functionalities and business workflows.
- Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve software bugs, technical issues, and application errors.
- Perform application testing and ensure software quality and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation, API documentation, and application updates.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, and performance standards.
- Participate in software deployment, maintenance, and ongoing improvements.

- Good communication and time management skills.
