About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Senior Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager** to drive sales of Project Sales of **Stone Aggregates, M\-Sand, P\-Sand, Tile Adhesives, ReadyMix Plaster, AAC BLock Joint Mortar across Bangalore**.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with builders, contractors, RMC plants, infrastructure companies, government projects, road, railway, metro and construction material buyers.

This is a field\-oriented role with excellent growth opportunities for candidates who can generate business, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets.

Products to Sell

* 20mm Aggregates * 12mm Aggregates * M\-Sand * P\-Sand * Tile Adhesives, ReadMix Plaster, AAC Block Joint Mortar etc

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

* Identify and acquire new customers including builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and government projects. * Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and tender tracking. * Conduct customer meetings and project visits. * Develop monthly and quarterly sales plans.

Key Account Management

* Manage relationships with major builders, developers, EPC contractors, and RMC customers. * Secure repeat orders and long\-term supply contracts. * Resolve customer issues related to supply, quality, and deliveries.

Sales \& Revenue Growth

* Achieve sales volume and revenue targets. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity. * Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms. * Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams.

Collections \& Credit Control

* Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. * Monitor customer credit limits and receivables. * Maintain healthy customer accounts.

Desired Candidate ProfileExperience

* 8–15 years of sales experience in: * Stone Aggregates * M\-Sand / P\-Sand * Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) * Cement * Steel * Building Construction Materials * Dry Mix Mortars

Qualification

* Any Graduate, * MBA (Marketing) preferred * Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Skills Required

* Strong sales and negotiation skills * Knowledge of construction materials market * Excellent communication in Kannada, English, and Hindi * Ability to build relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers * Strong market networking and lead generation capabilities
