About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces. The role covers listing management, advertising, performance tracking and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Create, optimise and maintain product listings across online marketplaces

Manage sponsored advertising campaigns and optimise for performance and return on spend

Monitor sales, inventory levels and marketplace health metrics

Drive customer reviews and maintain strong seller ratings

Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends

Respond to customer queries and manage marketplace claims

Coordinate with internal teams on stock, pricing and promotions

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

2+ years of experience managing Amazon, Noon or similar marketplace seller accounts

Hands-on experience with sponsored advertising campaigns

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Excellent written communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred

Experience selling consumer electronics or IT products online

Arabic content or listing experience

Basic image or video editing skills
