What does your workday look like?
As a Studio Team member, you will:

Be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and positive experience

Ensure our hospitality and service standards are consistently high

Take responsibility for health, safety, and hygiene standards within the studio

Support daily and monthly operations, including sales and administrative tasks
-
Demonstrate leadership by supporting and giving feedback to team members
-
Build strong relationships with customers and help grow the Rostudios community
-
Ensuring classes start on time
-
Assist in training and coaching new studio team members
-
Proactively handle minor technical and maintenance issues, ensuring they are resolved quickly to maintain a seamless studio experience

Maintain the unique Rostudios look, feel, and culture
-
Handle studio cleaning and preparation, including:

Exercise equipment (bikes, weights, shoes)
-
Floors and mirrors
-
Common areas (front desk, lockers, retail, office, hallways)

Bathrooms and changing rooms
Please note: this is not an exhaustive list, and additional tasks may be assigned.
Additional responsibilities

Attend quarterly meetings and group training, and stay informed on slack messages.

Stay informed on all operational procedures, including handling maintenance issues

Be flexible with scheduling, including shifts from 30 minutes before the first class of the day and 45 minutes after the last class of the day
Your qualifications

A passion for sports, the Rostudios brand, and customer experience

A team-oriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities

Willingness to be hands-on and you value cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene

A proactive attitude with a creative mindset for improvements

Flexibility to work within studio hours
-
Strong English communication skills

Availability for at least 2 shifts per week (one weekday, one weekend)
