Job Title: HSE Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities at site. The role is responsible to ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and plans.
- Lead and manage the site HSE team and oversee daily safety operations.
- Ensure compliance with DOSH regulations and project HSE requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor and improve safety performance and KPIs.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Organize safety training, inductions, and awareness programs.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) system.
- Liaise with client, authorities, and internal stakeholders on HSE matters.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to management and client.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Safety, Health, Environmental, or related field.
- Must be a registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH Malaysia.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HSE experience (construction / oil & gas preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian HSE regulations and standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and manage site pressure.
