Situated within beautiful gardens and grounds, the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) is a leading national centre of excellence and one of the longest-running charities and independent hospitals in the UK.
Set in a stunning Grade II listed Victorian building, the RHN provides adult person-centred services across the entire care pathway—from post-acute rehabilitation to end-of-life care—for people with complex neuro-disabilities and their families. Underpinned by a strong research and education framework, the RHN is more than a hospital; it is a vibrant community where residents engage in music, art, and holistic support to achieve the best possible quality of life.

The role
The RHN has a fantastic opportunity for a Developer Analyst to join our Information & Technology Team. You will develop and support integrations between the RHN's clinical and business systems, as well as web applications and internal tools for staff, patients and families.
The role combines software development and business analysis, working with teams across the hospital to understand their needs and turn them into helpful technical solutions. You will also help automate processes, improve data quality and support our systems.
We are looking for an experienced developer or analyst with a strong background in software development, integrations or web applications. Experience with APIs, SQL and a modern programming language such as C#/.NET, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript is essential.
Experience with healthcare systems, Workday, electronic patient records, Azure or Power Platform would be beneficial. You should also be a strong problem solver who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
We expect the successful candidate to make responsible use of AI tools to support development, analysis and documentation.
