Are you an aspiring Manufacturing Engineer looking to start your career at a Billion Dollar Company? Do you want to work directly with production teams, solve real manufacturing challenges, and contribute to new product launches? Are you looking for the freedom to explore different areas of manufacturing rather than being restricted to one narrow function? If so, this opportunity may be the right next step for you.
We are exclusively partnering with Genie, part of Terex, to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer for its Moses Lake operation. This is an entry level opportunity suited to a recent engineering graduate who wants to build practical experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. - Analyzing process data including cycle times, measurements, test results, and trends to identify improvements
- Supporting engineering and production teams in resolving manufacturing and production problems
- Conducting process inspections and supporting continuous improvement across assembly, welding, machining, and other operations
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will bring

- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with production teams across a manufacturing environment
- Practical mechanical aptitude with a genuine interest in hands on problem solving and manufacturing
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CNC equipment, welding processes, Lean Manufacturing, or similar technical areas
This Manufacturing Engineer opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate who wants to develop as a well rounded engineer rather than spend their career behind a computer.
