For one of our clients from the automotive industry, we are looking for a Manual QA Engineer / Test Engineer to support an electric vehicle development project.
The project focuses on testing automotive modules for electric vehicles, where hands-on verification and interaction with physical prototypes are a key part of the work. This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in a real automotive development environment and contribute to the quality of future EV solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Performing manual tests on automotive modules and prototypes
- Executing test scenarios and reporting identified issues
- Verifying functionality and quality of developed solutions
- Documenting test results and supporting the development team with feedback
- Collaborating with engineers and project stakeholders on-site
Requirements:
- Initial experience in manual testing / QA / validation (automotive experience is a plus)
- Interest in automotive technologies and electric vehicles
- Ability to work with test procedures, documentation, and reporting
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to testing
- Willingness to work fully on-site in the Berlin area for the duration of the project
- Good communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
Nice to have:
- Experience with automotive systems, ECUs, modules, or vehicle testing
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and defect reporting tools
- Previous experience working with prototypes or hardware testing
