We're looking for a proactive, results-driven, and experienced SALES ASSISTANT REPRESENTATIVE. The ideal candidate must have a background in sales, marketing, or a related business course and be capable of conducting fieldwork, presenting products and services online or in person, and using social media platforms to generate leads and acquire new clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct client visits and promote refrigeration and air conditioning products and services.
- Deliver professional sales presentations in person and through online meetings.
- Create and publish promotional content on Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospects through social media, email, phone, and messaging apps.
- Build relationships with clients, contractors, businesses, and property managers.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding client requirements and site inspections.
- Track sales leads and work toward company sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Marketing, Business Administration, or any related business course.
- With proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition.
- Field sales, B2B sales, or technical product sales experience is an advantage.
- Skilled in online and face-to-face presentations.
- Knowledgeable in social media marketing and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching potential clients and conducting field visits.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for client meetings as required.
- HVAC or refrigeration industry experience is an advantage.
