Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Hotel Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our hotel’s brand presence. Duties
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s business goals, focusing on both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) channels
- Lead the creation and implementation of advertising campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and traditional media
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and sales strategies that drive bookings and partnerships
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office tools, and other IT resources
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, providing detailed analysis and reports to inform future strategies
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives
- Lead a team of marketing professionals by providing clear direction, motivating high performance, and encouraging innovative ideas
- Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and aligned with the hotel’s brand voice
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality marketing with a strong track record of successful campaign management
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively
- In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategies within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for engaging diverse audiences effectively
- Familiarity with IT tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), digital marketing platforms, and social media management tools
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
