Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions for the U.S. plant, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training, and employee services.
- Oversee payroll and timekeeping team's processes to ensure accurate, timely pay and effective resolution of attendance or payroll issues.
- Manage staffing agency partnerships, such as coordinating service agreements and monitoring their performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop an eight-person HR team; set priorities and ensure responsive, consistent support across HR functions.
- Partner with plant leadership to address workforce needs, improve HR processes, identify and mitigate people-related risks, and support uninterrupted plant operations.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends; prepare reports and provide clear, timely updates to leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing HR management role.
- Hands-on experience managing payroll and timekeeping, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing staffing agency partnerships.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
