The Knowledge Management office is a function in Project Assurance part of Offshore Wind, RWE Renewables. We work towards the provision of Knowledge transfer, retention and awareness whilst enabling knowledge sharing as an active part of our daily activities. Knowledge is seen as an asset to be acted upon, through visibility and accessibility.

This opportunity will involve you in activities throughout Offshore Wind, being an enabler for the individuals, teams and functions steering change throughout real operational challenges that have been captured and identified from experiences.

In this role you will work closely with technology aspects in Knowledge Management as well as involvement in the KM coordination activities.

About the role

Work with the team to assist in the development of Knowledge Management technology solutions

Research opportunities and standardisation related to automations

Work closely with us on our Agent development, enabling enhanced Knowledge capabilities

Opportunities to engage with teams across Offshore. Procurement, Engineering, Development, Construction, Operations, Finance, HSSE, Legal, and other functions

Contribute to enhancing and streamlining the lesson flow process

Assist in the development and optimisation of Knowledge Management processes

Support internal events such as workshops, conferences, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Job requirements and experience

Currently enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related programme (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Economics), with at least 4 semesters completed

Genuine interest in offshore wind farm construction or other large-scale infrastructure projects

Basic understanding of Knowledge Management principles and best practices

Structured, detail-oriented, and methodological working style

Comfortable working with documentation, processes, and structured information

Effective communication skills and confidence collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; experience with Power Platform (apps, automate, CoPilot Studio). You also bring a well-developed interest in IT and a practical, digitally oriented mindset
