About the Role
We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Draftsmen to support our engineering and design teams in delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects. The role involves preparation of technical drawings, design layouts, and construction documentation across architectural, civil infrastructure, and structural engineering domains.
Civil Drafting
- Prepare infrastructure drawings including roads, drainage, water supply systems, and site development layouts.
- Assist in preparation of grading plans, utility layouts, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with civil engineers for technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Update drawings based on site inputs and design modifications.
Structural Drafting
- Prepare detailed RCC structural drawings for buildings, Industial Structure, bridges, and different type of foundations.
- Develop structural steel and PEB drawings including GA (General Arrangement) and fabrication drawings.
- Prepare RCC/Steel detailing drawings as per relevant IS Codes and project requirements.
- Support structural modelling and multidisciplinary drawing coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Additional software certifications will be an advantage.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2–6 years of relevant drafting experience (Infrastructure / Building Projects preferred).
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM (Preferred)
- Knowledge of structural detailing standards and IS Codes (For Structural Role)
- Basic understanding of construction methodologies
