Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Business Technical Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross\-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. * Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges. * Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. * Coordinate with development and QA teams during the project lifecycle. * Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD, user stories, and workflows. * Conduct data analysis and generate reports for business insights. * Participate in system testing, UAT, and implementation support. * Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. * Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. * Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during deployment.
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). * Understanding of business processes and technical systems. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Good communication and documentation skills. * Ability to work with both technical and non\-technical teams.
Technical Skills:
* JIRA / Confluence * Basic understanding of APIs and databases
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 1\+ years of experience preferred
