Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and follow-up communications
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing information
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through account onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client success
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard business applications
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
