**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site Human Resources Recruiting Specialist role. The HR Recruiting Specialist will manage end\-to\-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various roles across the organization. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, contributing to HR process improvements, and helping implement HR policies and best practices. The specialist will collaborate closely with the wider HR team to ensure compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with global HR standards.
**Qualifications**
* Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience handling recruitment and general HR operations. * Proven expertise in Hiring, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection and onboarding. * Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross\-functional teams. * Experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s value proposition across digital channels and recruitment events. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and contemporary talent acquisition practices. * Knowledge of relevant labor laws and HR compliance requirements in India. * Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. * Prior experience recruiting for healthcare, medical devices, or technology\-focused companies is beneficial.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
