- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the FinTech, banking, telecommunications and financial services industries.
- Drive sales and market adoption of S4S Digital's products and services, including eWallet, Mastercard, eWages, remittance, SIM cards and digital payment solutions.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government agencies, financial institutions and merchants.
- Lead sales presentations, commercial negotiations and business proposals.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular reports to Management.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in FinTech, Digital Payments, Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition and partnership development.
- Good understanding of eWallets, payment systems, prepaid cards and digital financial solutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Able to develop business networks and identify new market opportunities.
- Target-driven, proactive and willing to travel when required.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
