* **Strategic Delivery:** Oversee complex, multi\-million dollar digital roadmaps, balancing Agile agility with Waterfall predictability in safety\-critical environments. * **IT\-OT Integration:** Champion the seamless integration of enterprise IT systems (ERP, Asset Management) with plant floor Operational Technology (SCADA, DCS, Industrial IoT, Digital Twins). * **Executive Advisory:** Serve as a trusted advisor to C\-suite and plant leadership, translating complex technical architectures into clear business outcomes. * **Growth \& Innovation:** Partner with pre\-sales and account teams to shape RFPs, architect digital solutions, and identify expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
