Data Analyst/Decision Support Tool Developer
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
Sabot Consulting is looking to hire a data analyst to help conduct a comprehensive workload study and develop a dynamic resource allocation model for a state's department of corrections.
Responsibilities:
Analyze administrative, staffing, and time-study data; develop and validate workload standards and staffing allocation models; and build an interactive decision support tool based on the methodological framework and specifications developed by the project lead.
Qualificactions:

5+ years experience as a Data Analyst

Proficient with Excel (Advanced), Python or R, SQL and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:

Statistical analysis, data cleaning, and management of large administrative datasets.

Workload modeling, staffing projections, resource allocation, and scenario analysis.

Experience developing interactive dashboards or decision support tools.

Data validation, quality assurance, and technical documentation.

Experience with corrections, criminal justice, or public-sector workforce studies preferred.

SPSS, Stata, Tableau, Qualtrics, and NVivo.
