SAFETY OFFICER / OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced professional to join our growing team!
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any related course, preferably Occupational Safety, Engineering, or Industrial Management With relevant experience in safety, logistics, trucking, or operations Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and workplace safety procedures Preferably with a valid Safety Officer training certificate (BOSH/COSH, as applicable) Experienced in monitoring daily operations, personnel, and vehicle activities Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Willing to conduct field inspections and monitor compliance with safety policies Able to work under pressure and handle operational concerns effectively
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor compliance with company safety policies and government regulations Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols and accident-prevention measures Supervise daily operational activities and personnel Monitor vehicle readiness, driver compliance, and operational efficiency Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions Prepare safety reports and operational performance updates Coordinate with management, drivers, and other departments to ensure smooth and safe operations
