Job Description About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive and manage the requirements and roadmap to transform and continuously improve the customer experience for a high-quality SaaS solution. You will define new product capabilities and integrations that streamline how customers are provisioned, onboarded, managed, as well as engage with our product. You will drive usability studies and business workflow research to recommend, design, and implement ways to increase the velocity at which we can meet customer needs. You will work across the company with all aspects of product delivery, including business operations, IT operations, sales, and support.
You will serve as the product owner for your area, coordinating product development teams and monitoring progress throughout the development cycle. You will manage pre-release product activities (beta, preview), and coordinate cross-functional teams for product launch and company readiness activities, including internal training. This role also provides a significant opportunity for leadership via cross-team collaboration with the other product teams and businesses to achieve our company goals.
Location: Bangalore, India. This is a hybrid role, three days per week in the office.
Required Skills
- BA/BS degree is required
- Experience with Product Management methodology
- 7+ years of experience in B2B product management and product delivery
- Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate product management work (research, writing, analysis), alongside the judgment to identify and scope where AI/ML can meaningfully improve the product itself
- Prior experience working for a SaaS/Cloud company
- Familiar with modern, agile software/SaaS/Cloud development practices used to build and deploy web applications
- Experience working with colleagues and teams internationally.
- Experience working with a Product Marketing Management team
- Experience administering and overseeing beta programs as it relates to new product features and enhancements.
- Experience collaborating across product management as well as other teams
- Able to facilitate collaboration among individuals from various departments to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrated track record of translating customer requirements into market-leading solutions.
- Must have excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Budgeting and Planning applications and understanding of multi-dimensional concepts
- Background in Accounting / FP&A / budgeting is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities
- Guide the roadmap for a budgeting and planning product that is part of an offering that includes core financials and workforce planning
- Conduct and use data, research and customer interviews to understand the customer's needs and translate them to business insights and product requirements
- Managed beta activities related to new product features and enhancements.
- Utilize market assessments, analytics, and insights to strategically prioritize features, monitor their performance after launch, and guide roadmap planning.
- Write detailed requirement documents that are necessary for the engineering organization to implement business operations enhancements and integrations
- Define and track product and feature success metrics and use them to create best practices, documentation, use cases, and other supporting materials that make our customers successful
- Execute the details of our product strategy, ensure product launches, feature updates, and other initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional functionality and usability.
- Collaborate with Business Operations, IT Operations, Support, Sales, and Product leadership on the vision for Sage Intacct business systems, including provisioning, pricing, tenant management, and integrations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch of solutions through training, support, and sales
