**Position Summary**

Serves as the primary human resources contact for employees in one or more regional areas. Collaborates with management to formulate and execute human resources strategies in support of business objectives.

**Major Tasks and Responsibilities**

* Manages the execution and delivery of human resources programs and policies, including staffing, benefits, employee relations, training, and safety programs. * Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. * Provides guidance and coaching to leadership on the performance management process. * Works with field and corporate teams to unify human resources practices across the organization. * Ensures locations are compliant with labor laws and regulatory compliance. * Assists in the design and implementation of employee retention strategies. * Coordinates quarterly visits to regional facilities and conducts employee meetings.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. * 5\+ years of progressive human resources management or generalist experience. * Federal, state, and local employment law knowledge. * Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.

Salary Range: $95,500\.00 \- $119,800\.00 annually, based on experience. This position is bonus eligible.
