We are seeking an experienced enthusiastic AI/ML Data Analyst with strong skills in data analytics, Python, SQL, machine learning and data visualisation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop scalable ML data pipelines using Python and Apache Spark to transform raw data into clean, model-ready datasets. - Build automated data preprocessing, feature engineering and transformation workflows for machine learning training and inference. - Develop distributed ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark RDDs and DataFrames for large-scale data processing. - Optimise data storage, serialization and processing using Parquet, Avro, Hadoop and Hive. - Build and maintain Sqoop-based data ingestion workflows to integrate relational databases with Hadoop ecosystems. - Develop interactive Power BI/Tableau dashboards and SQL reports to monitor KPIs, data quality and analytical insights. - Optimise Spark and Hive workflows to improve data processing performance and resource utilisation. -Collaborate with data science and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions for ML and analytics applications.
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
- Strong 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in cloud and enterprise environments. - AI, Machine Learning & Data Science: Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), R, Supervised Learning, Regression & Classification (Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest), Feature Engineering, Data Preprocessing, Model Training & Evaluation, Statistical Modelling, Apache Spark MLlib. - Business Intelligence & Data Visualisation: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Data Visualisation, Dashboard Development and Reporting. - Big Data & Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, GCP Dataproc, Google Cloud Functions, Google Cloud Storage (GCS), Google Compute Engine (GCE). - Programming & Query Languages: Python, Scala, SQL, R. - Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB. - Big Data File Formats: Parquet, Avro, ORC, JSON, CSV, XML. - Operating Systems: Linux, Windows.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning is an added advantage.
