About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Intern fresher to support our growth initiatives and gain hands-on commercial experience. In this dynamic role, you will work directly with our leadership team to identify market opportunities, build pipeline, and refine go-to-market strategies for Leading AI based Software startup backed by angel investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Profiling: Conduct research to build and map ideal customer personas (ICPs) and identify key decision-makers.
- Sales Channel Optimization: Analyze, map, and test different outbound and inbound sales channels to maximize reach and conversion.
- Lead Generation: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing integrated digital and content marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Business Development: Identify partnership opportunities, assist in pitch deck preparation, and support the end-to-end deal pipeline.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and research skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, and digital marketing fundamentals, performance marketing is a plus
- Self-starter mindset with a drive to learn B2B sales and marketing strategies.
Hiring criteria:
