Location: Cobalt Square Salary: £26,000 + OTE (uncapped commission) Job Type: Full-time
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Cobalt Square, Edgbaston.
In this role, you’ll be speaking directly with individuals who are looking to start a career in the education sector. You will act as a consultant, guiding them through the training and qualifications they need to become a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Assistant.
This is a phone-based sales role, where your ability to build rapport, understand needs, and provide the right solution is key.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak with inbound/outbound leads over the phone
- Understand each candidate’s goals and career aspirations
- Recommend suitable training packages
- Guide candidates through the enrolment process
- Work towards and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets

- Previous experience in sales (essential)
- A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
- Someone who consistently goes above and beyond expectations
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- A desire to progress into leadership/management
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
