Ambas Electric & Automation (AEA) is an electrical, automation and instrumentation company based in Lipa City, Batangas, serving power plants and industrial clients nationwide. We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer based at our Lipa City head office, covering CALABARZON, Metro Manila, MIMAROPA, with regular client and site visits.

What you will do
- Build and manage a pipeline of power-plant and industrial accounts in the territory
- Find and qualify opportunities for automation, instrumentation, electrical and SCADA projects and products
- Prepare quotations, proposals and technical presentations with our engineering team
- Visit clients and sites; lead negotiations and close sales
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets and report weekly to the Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Proven track record in power plant industry sales, or in similar industries (mining, water, pulp and paper, food and beverage, sugar, renewable energy): quotas met, key accounts won and deals closed. Please give figures in your application
- 6 to 10 years of B2B technical sales of automation, instrumentation, electrical, SCADA or power solutions
- Experience at a related company: a system integrator, OEM or distributor of automation, instrumentation or electrical products
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Willing to report to Lipa City and travel within the territory
What we offer
- Basic salary of ₱35,000 to ₱60,000 per month, depending on experience
- 1–2% sales commission
