Urgent requirement for the position Sales for the location Surat.
Person must have experienced into Industrial Sales/ Heavy vehicle machinery sales
Responsibilities:
1. Generating Leads
- Finding new potential customers
- Researching market trends to identify fresh sales opportunities
2. Presenting and Demonstrating Products
- Highlighting the features and benefits of goods.
3. Negotiating Prices and Contracts
- Discussing pricing, discounts, and delivery terms with buyers.
- Closing deals while balancing the customer's budget with company profitability.
4. Meeting Sales Quotas
- Striving to hit specific weekly, monthly, or quarterly revenue targets.
- Tracking individual performance and reporting results to management
5. Maintaining Customer Relationships
- Following up with buyers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Handling complaints, encouraging repeat business, and asking for referrals.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer/ Sales Executive
- Proven track record of selling heavy vehicle machinery/ Industrial Product
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in heavy vehicle machinery/ Industrial Product.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Willingness to travel
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
