Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Promote and explain the company's products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare sales reports, customer records, and other required documentation.
- Monitor customer orders, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale in accordance with company policies.
- Gather market information, monitor competitors, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, warehouse, and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- With experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel when necessary.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, sales reporting, and basic computer applications
