**Job Title:** **Sales Executive\- B2B Distribution (Field job)**

**Position Summary:** We are seeking a target\-driven **Sales Executive** to boost our commercial orders and manage distributor partnerships. Your main objective is to secure high\-volume orders for our 20L jars and bottled water crates. You will do this by building direct relationships with dealers, corporate offices, retailers, and distributors. This is a field\-heavy, performance\-based role offering high incentive payouts for achieving business targets.

**Key ResponsibilitiesNew Dealer \& Distributor Acquisition**

* **Network Expansion:** Identify, pitch to, and onboard new water dealers, distributors, and bulk stockists in your assigned territory. * **B2B Bulk Sales:** Secure recurring monthly supply contracts with corporate offices, factories, hotels, restaurants, and marriage halls. * **Retail Tie\-ups:** Visit local retail shops, supermarkets, and cafeterias to place our water bottle crates and build brand presence.

**Relationship \& Account Management**

* **Client Retention:** Maintain daily or weekly contact with existing dealers to ensure timely water delivery and seamless re\-ordering. * **Market Intelligence:** Monitor competitor pricing, dealer margins, and supply strategies to keep our brand highly competitive. * **Payment Collection:** Coordinate with clients to ensure timely payments and maintain a smooth billing cycle.

**Required Skills \& Qualifications**

* **Experience:** \[1\-3] years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, dairy, or the packaged water industry. * **Local Knowledge:** Strong understanding of the local geography, commercial hubs, and retail markets. * **Communication:** Persuasive speaking and negotiation skills to pitch effectively to business owners and dealers. * **Vehicle:** Must possess a personal two\-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits. * **Mindset:** Highly energetic self\-starter who enjoys field sales and is motivated by hitting monthly targets.

**What We Offer**

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
