**What You Will Do**
* Identify and contact potential commercial cleaning clients * Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with leads * Prepare quotes, proposals, and service information for clients * Build and maintain relationships with business clients * Track sales activity, client communication, and follow\-up tasks * Work with management to understand client needs and service capacity * Help develop local sales strategies for cleaning services * Support client retention and service renewal opportunities * Represent the company professionally in all client communications
**What We Are Looking For**
* Previous sales, business development, account management, or client service experience is preferred * Experience in cleaning, facilities, property services, hospitality, or another service\-based industry is an asset * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to manage leads, follow\-ups, and client records * Professional, reliable, and organized * Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems * Able to work full\-time hours
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Salary range: $72,000–$87,000 per year * Full\-time employment * Training and support * Vacation pay and statutory benefits as required by law * Professional and respectful work environment
