What You Will Do
- Identify and contact potential commercial cleaning clients
- Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with leads
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service information for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients
- Track sales activity, client communication, and follow-up tasks
- Work with management to understand client needs and service capacity
- Help develop local sales strategies for cleaning services
- Support client retention and service renewal opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications
What We Are Looking For
- Previous sales, business development, account management, or client service experience is preferred
- Experience in cleaning, facilities, property services, hospitality, or another service-based industry is an asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable using email, phone, and basic computer systems
- Able to work full-time hours
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $72,000–$87,000 per year
