Job Description
StarEP Business India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our national and international events, beauty pageants, and entertainment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive event sales, sponsorships, and corporate partnerships.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English-speaking and communication skills are essential.
- Strong negotiation, convincing, and deal-closing abilities.
- Experience in event sales, B2B sales, sponsorships, or business development preferred.
- Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Freshers are not eligible.
