Our Culture
We are a workplace with the energy of a basketball team, not the quiet of a traditional office. It is a culture built on momentum, healthy competition, and shared wins, where people are encouraged to grow, improve, and bring out the best in one another.
But just as important is respect. We believe in high performance without toxic competition. We celebrate each other’s successes, support teammates through challenges, and protect the team from behaviors that undermine trust. If someone brings toxicity into the culture, performance alone will never be enough.
This is a workplace shaped by five values: Win With Integrity, Compete to Elevate, Rally Around Each Other, Own Your Performance, and Build Community.
