We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst who can own our Salesforce environment and help translate business needs into practical CRM solutions.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, customer support, and the Salesforce developer to make sure our CRM is well organized, reliable, and continuously improving.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can independently investigate problems, understand business requirements, configure Salesforce, build automations and reports, and coordinate with the developer when custom development or integrations are required.
This role requires working U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours to collaborate with our U.S.-based team and customers.
What You'll Do Salesforce Administration
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment.
- Create and maintain users, profiles, roles, permissions, and access.
- Manage objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and other Salesforce configuration.
- Maintain data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide support to internal users.
- Manage Salesforce releases and configuration changes.
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Translate business problems into clear Salesforce requirements.
- Document business processes, requirements, workflows, and proposed solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through Salesforce.
- Prioritize requests based on business impact and urgency.
- Act as the bridge between business users and the technical/development team.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and other declarative automations.
- Improve sales, customer support, and operational workflows.
- Identify manual processes that can be automated.
- Monitor automations and troubleshoot failures.
- Continuously look for ways to make Salesforce easier and more efficient for users.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Provide leadership with visibility into sales, customer, pipeline, and operational metrics.
- Ensure reporting accurately reflects business processes.
- Help define and maintain important business KPIs.
Data Management
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
- Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and migration activities.
- Establish processes to maintain data quality over time.
User Support & Training
- Help employees troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
- Create documentation and internal guides.
- Train users on Salesforce functionality and processes.
- Identify recurring problems and improve the underlying process rather than simply fixing individual issues.
Salesforce Projects
- Participate in Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and process improvement projects.
- Coordinate testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain project documentation.
- Track requirements, dependencies, and open issues.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
What We're Looking ForRequired
- 2–5 years of Salesforce administration / business analysis experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Experience building Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, permissions, and data management.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
- Comfortable working U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT) hours.
Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
Additional certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant are a plus.
