Role and Responsibilities:

MUST – drafting and/or review of contracts;

MUST – provision of legal advice in the field of civil law, commercial law and new technologies law;

Giving opinions on the content of software licenses;
-
Performing administrative tasks related to the functioning of the legal department.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
A minimum of three years' experience in a similar position in a private sector company or in a law firm providing services to companies;
-
Very good knowledge of civil law, commercial law, and the Law on Copyright and Related Rights;
-
At least an applicant in second year of BAR training.

Very good knowledge of English (C1-C2), including legal terminology to enable fluent communication and drafting of documents;

Pro-activity, good organization of work, self-reliance;

Ability to work in a team and under time pressure;

Ability to formulate thoughts concisely and to communicate in a simple and clear manner;
