Overview
Sanctuary Cafe is a new cafe in cardiff bay and I need help with social media. If you are able to hit the set KPIs on a weekly basis then hours would increase as would the related salary.
Essentially your job would be to make us do stuff that makes people want to come in and drive sales. The great thing here is that you would pretty much have free reign to boss us around so we get the shots we need
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase engagement and followers across multiple platforms.
- Manage daily content creation, including writing, editing, and scheduling posts that reflect our brand voice and values. Encourage our strong brand identity on instagram and create new growth with tiktok
- Set up and manage a facebook page
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and special events that amplify our online presence.
- Analyze performance metrics using social media management tools to optimize content strategies and report on campaign effectiveness regularly.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our social media efforts remain innovative and competitive.
- Oversee crisis communication on social channels by addressing issues transparently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, demonstrating successful campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, clear, and concise content tailored for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions and improve engagement metrics.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and branding consistency.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2.0 per week
