We’re on a mission to redefine beauty standards and share the transformative power of our products. We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and grow our retail partnerships in the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this role will play a key part in managing UK retailer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring best-in-class execution across retail partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the beauty industry and UK retail account management who is eager to develop their career within a fast-paced, global brand. Tasks Manage and grow relationships with UK retail partners, acting as the key day-to-day contact. Support the Global Head of Sales in delivering the retail growth strategy for the UK market. Analyse sales performance (sell-in and sell-through) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Partner with internal marketing and design teams to deliver assets and activations tailored for UK retailers. Collaborate with retailers on joint business plans, promotional calendars, and in-store/online activations. Monitor competitor activity across UK retailer platforms to identify market opportunities and trends. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to retailers and internal stakeholders. Requirements Experience in the beauty industry with a proven background in account management, sales coordination, or junior buying roles. Experience working with UK retailers (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, department stores, or online beauty retailers). Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities. Excellent organisation and time-management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines. A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confident in data analysis and reporting, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
