What will you do?
As an iRefer Sales Agent , you will be responsible for engaging with both existing and prospective MiWay clients to promote and sell Value Added Products (VAPs). The role focuses on maximizing every customer interaction by identifying sales opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
You will provide customers with relevant product and service information, effectively address their needs, and use persuasive sales techniques to increase product uptake. The role may involve the use of predictive dialling technology to contact customers efficiently.
Success in this role requires maintaining high productivity levels, ensuring accurate data capturing and record keeping, and consistently delivering quality service to both internal and external customers while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- RE5 Certificate (as per DOFA date)
- STI FAIS Credits (as per DOFA date)
Minimum Experience
- At least 1 years call Centre Sales experience
- Previous short term insurance exprience
- Previous iRefer experience in a target driven environment
- Ability to multi-task and cope with pressure
- Punctual and can self manage
Knowledge and Skills
Undertake Outbound Tele-Sales Service inbound client queries, requests Administration and processing Quality, compliance and accreditation
